Yuliia Kastranets

Yuliia Kastranets has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Yuliia started working at Dataline in October 2016 as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical assistance to customers. In December 2017, they joined lifecell Ukraine as a Fault Management Engineer, responsible for managing and resolving technical issues. In March 2019, they transitioned to the role of a Technical Roaming Operation Engineer, focusing on operational activities related to roaming services. Yuliia was later promoted to the position of Leading Technical Roaming Operation Engineer in December 2019, where they took on additional responsibilities and led a team. In October 2021, they joined BICS as a Telco Engineer (Messaging).

Yuliia Kastranets completed their Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in the period of 2013-2018.
