Blake Rubin

Blake Rubin possesses extensive experience in both engineering and community service roles. Currently serving as a Primary Patent Examiner at the USPTO since August 2007, Blake also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Neighborhood Bike Works and acts as a Youth Cycling Coach for the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia since April 2012. Previous roles include Yoga Instructor at Practice Yoga Studio from November 2011 to August 2019 and Research Assistant at Drexel Autonomous Systems Lab, focusing on aerial robotics design and testing from 2005 to 2006. Earlier in Blake's career, experience as an Actuarial Analyst at ACE Group involved reserve analysis and program automation from 2001 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Penn State University.
