Robert Highley

Robert Highley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public safety, emergency services, and customer support. Currently serving as a Customer Service/Mechanic in training at Collingswood Bike Share and as a Security Officer at RSP Command, Robert also holds a long-standing position as a Public Safety Officer at Allied Universal since November 2016. Additionally, involvement with the Pitman Fire Department as Fire Police and extensive volunteer work as a Bicycling Advocate/Instructor with the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia underscores a commitment to community safety and advocacy. Previous experience includes event security roles, responding to emergencies as a volunteer firefighter with the Glassboro Fire Department, and undertaking EMT training. Robert's education culminated in earning an EMT-B degree from Rowan College at Gloucester County between 2016 and 2020.
