Ian Lim is an experienced programs and operations manager with a strong background in transport and sustainability initiatives. Currently leading the Parkiteer program at Bicycle Network since February 2021, Ian oversees the design and operational delivery of secure bike parking facilities while managing Transport Surveys and Data services. Ian's previous roles include program management and coordination within Bicycle Network, as well as experience in behavior change interventions at Green Nudge and business development at Mad Mooves. Ian is a founding member of Urban Drum Crew, showcasing leadership in performance design and training. Additionally, Ian has excelled in event management and business development roles, contributing to high-profile projects and strategies. Ian holds a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainability from Monash University, a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Communications from Murdoch University, and a diploma in Mechatronics from Nanyang Polytechnic.
