Kunal Sunthankar

Kunal Sunthankar has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Kunal is currently working as an Associate Director of New Product Planning at Bicycle Therapeutics. Prior to this, Kunal was a Senior Manager of Scientific Communications at Intellia Therapeutics and a Manager of US Scientific Communications at GSK. Kunal also worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at TESARO, Inc. and as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Northeastern University. Kunal began their career as a Pharmacist Intern at UK HealthCare and later advanced to the role of Chief Pharmacist Intern. Kunal also has experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Kunal Sunthankar has a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Kentucky. Kunal also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the same university. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from the University of Kentucky. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the RPh certification from the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy in September 2018. Furthermore, they have acquired the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the LeanCor Supply Chain Group in April 2017.
