Sarah Neale

Sarah Neale is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Bicycle Therapeutics since October 2021, Sarah previously held the position of Human Resources Director at McKesson from September 2019 to September 2021. Prior experience includes a significant role as Head of HR Partnering at Gazprom Marketing & Trading, overseeing HR functions across multiple global locations and leading various HR initiatives. Early career roles encompass Senior HR Business Partner and HR Generalist positions at Ventura, as well as management recruitment and HR work at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Sarah holds a 2.1 BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
