Nicola Ristic

Nicola (Nico) Ristic is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across Europe. Currently serving as the Region Europe Vice President and Head of Human Resources & Facilities at Incyte since June 2016, Nicola is responsible for strategic HR initiatives that support organizational success. Previously, Nicola held the position of Head of Human Resources Europe at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, where efforts focused on establishing the commercial infrastructure for the launch of the oncology product Iclusig. Earlier experience includes a Senior Director role as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Merck Group and various HR management positions at Serono and Federal-Mogul. Nicola's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources from Business School Lausanne and ongoing studies at the Startup Board Academy at EPFL Innovative Park.
