Lena Pereira

Lena Pereira is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice and Internal Communications at Bicycle Transit Systems. Lena previously held positions such as Senior Manager, Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Marketing Manager at various organizations including KYCC, Whole Foods Market, Nike, and Auto Trader. Lena has a Master of Arts in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Business - Management from San Diego State University. Throughout their career, Lena has excelled in roles related to marketing, community engagement, event planning, and sales. Lena is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations and implementing successful marketing strategies.
