Vadim Dyakov

Vadim Dyakov has a diverse work experience in strategy, corporate development, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. Vadim currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Bidease since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Venture Partner at Fort Ross Ventures starting from June 2021. Furthermore, they were an Investor at SegmentStream from January 2022.

In addition, Vadim has held various positions at ADV, starting as the Chief Innovation Officer from February 2019 to December 2022. Vadim also served as the CEO of ADV Lab from January 2022 to November 2022.

Vadim is also known for their entrepreneurial ventures. Vadim founded LaunchPad, a startup studio focused on advertising, marketing, data, media, and retail, where they held the roles of Founder and CEO from February 2020 to November 2022.

Furthermore, they have contributed to the field of venture capital by serving as a Lecturer in the MSc Program - Venture Capital at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO from September 2019 to February 2022.

Their previous experiences include roles at Impulse VC as an Investment Director from January 2017 to February 2019, as a VP from January 2015 to January 2017, and as an Investment Manager from August 2013 to December 2014. Vadim also served as a Board Observer at GuestReady from September 2017 to January 2019 and at LoopMe from October 2016 to January 2019.

From 2004 to 2009, Vadim Dyakov attended the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where they pursued a MSc (equivalent) degree in Economics.
