Leanna Maltese

Leanna Maltese is an experienced Animal Care Specialist at Bideawee since August 2016, where exceptional care is delivered to shelter dogs and cats, including cleaning, feeding, grooming, and administering medication, along with observing and reporting behaviors and medical symptoms. In addition to this role, Leanna has been a self-employed Illustrator and Artist since 2011, creating commissioned artwork in various mediums. Previously, Leanna worked as a cashier at Giunta's from February 2011 to February 2013, providing excellent customer service and maintaining product knowledge. Leanna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology, earned in 2015, and a Regents Diploma with Distinction from Plainedge Senior High School, completed in 2011.
