Sara Boulila (CIPD Associate)

Sara Boulila is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the Middle East, currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for UAE, KSA, Oman, Jordan, and Bahrain at Bidfood Middle East since March 2015. Previously, Sara held roles as HR Manager for UAE and Oman at Bidvest Middle East and as HR Manager at Al Seer from January 2013 to February 2015. Sara's career began as an HR Generalist at HP from January 2010 to December 2012, where the training department was established from the ground up. Academically, Sara holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Al Akhawayn University, alongside a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Advanced Professional Certification.
