Miquel Gantzer has extensive work experience, starting in 1992 as an Analyst/Programmer at Infolog Software, where they developed software for warehouse automation. Miquel then worked at Dendrite Spain from 1994 to 1997, managing the design and development of CRM-like software for pharmaceutical companies.
From 1997 to 2006, Gantzer worked at Capgemini in various roles, including Methods & Tools Manager, IT Quality Management, and Service Manager. Miquel led internal and external process improvement projects and enhanced the internal Project & Service Management Methodology.
Afterward, Gantzer joined Transcom WorldWide in 2006 as a Business Improvement Project Manager, responsible for defining and improving strategic corporate systems and processes. Miquel also held the position of Test & Methodology Manager within the newly created Business Process Outsourcing Solutions area.
In 2009, Gantzer worked at Cast-Info as a Quality Manager before moving to Itron in 2010. At Itron, they served as a Solution Delivery Manager, managing the Spanish Solution Delivery team and leading pre-sales, design, and delivery of the Itron Meter Data Collection and Management software.
Most recently, Gantzer joined Bidgely in 2017, where they initially worked as a Customer Success Manager Europe. Miquel then held roles as the Director of Customer Success and Solutions and is currently functioning as the Director of Platform Product Management as of October 2022.
Miquel Gantzer completed their education at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1985 to 1991, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended the Aula Escola Europea from 1968 to 1984, obtaining degrees in EGB, BUP, and COU. Additionally, they have acquired certifications including PMP - Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2009, and ITIL v2 - IT Service Management Foundation from EXIN in May 2005.
