Taniia Hotskaya

Taniia Hotskaya has a diverse work experience. Taniia currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Bidscube, an AdTech company that operates its own digital advertising ecosystem. Taniia is responsible for managing partnerships and developing new business opportunities.

Prior to their role at Bidscube, Taniia worked at USAID as an Associate Founder from May 2018 to May 2022. In this position, they were involved in the founding and development of the organization.

Taniia also has experience as the Founder of ff Venture Capital from March 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they played a key role in establishing and managing the capital venture firm.

Taniia Hotskaya attended the MBA Emprendedores UCM from 2003 to 2008. Taniia obtained a certification in Microsoft information technology in February 2018 from Microsoft.
