Arvin Dwiarrahman has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Arvin began his career as the Manager of the Corporate Banking Division at CIMB Niaga Bank from August 2011 to March 2016. Arvin then moved on to become the Co-founder & Owner of Hermina Hospital Bitung within the Hermina Hospital Group in September 2014 in addition to running a chain of healthcare clinics. In this role, he oversaw hospital strategies, business development, client relationship management, and consulted for various corporations, venture capitals and private equities across the globe.

While overseeing his healthcare businesses, Arvin joined Kopernik, a research & development lab for social and environmental challenges. Arvin started as the Manager of the Consulting Division in February 2017 and held this role until September 2019. Arvin then served as the Associate Director of Operations and Partnerships from October 2019 to March 2022. Currently, Arvin holds the position of Director of Partnerships and Business Development at Kopernik, where he actively works across Asia with various partners and clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to bilateral and multilateral organisations .

Arvin Dwiarrahman has pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a quadruple major in Managerial Accounting, Marketing, Information Management, and E-Business at The University of Western Australia. Additionally, he obtained a Master of International Business degree with a focus on Business Strategy from Macquarie University.
