Pillar Simphiwe Ngwenya

Pillar Simphiwe Ngwenya possesses extensive experience in auditing and management within the training sector. Currently serving as a Field Auditor at The Bidvest Group Limited since 2015, Pillar also holds the position of Managing Director at Ngwenya Industries since June 2013, a Ceta-accredited training service provider operating in various municipalities. Previous roles include Training Manager at Phola Coaches from 2004 to 2013, where responsibilities extended to assistant operations management. Pillar earned a National Diploma in Industrial Relations in Labour Law from the University of Pretoria between 2010 and 2011.
