Phil Payne has over 20 years of work experience in IT service management. Phil is currently the Group Director of IT Customer Experience at Bidvest Noonan since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DS Smith, where they held various roles such as Head of Global Supplier Management, Head of Service Management (Interim), and Group IT Service Delivery Manager from 2018 to 2021. Before DS Smith, Phil worked as a Service Manager at Zafire Ltd from 2016 to 2018. Phil also gained valuable experience at Daisy Group, where they served as a Service Desk Manager for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 2014 to 2016. Phil's career began at Phoenix IT Group, now part of Daisy Group, where they held roles including Transition Specialist and Service Desk Team Leader from 2000 to 2014. Overall, Phil has a strong background in IT service management and has been involved in various aspects of operational management, service delivery, and customer experience throughout their career.
Phil Payne attended Hemel Hempstead School from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Graphic Design. Prior to that, they studied at Allendale Columbia from 1995 to 1997, and also attended Hemel Hempstead School from 1993 to 1995.
