Beki Nkala

Beki Nkala has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Beki started their career at Alpha South Africa in 2000 as an HR Manager, and worked there until 2007. Nkala then moved on to Federal-Mogul, where they served as a Regional HR Manager from 2007 to 2015. Beki'smost recent position was at Bidvest Tank Terminals, where they held the roles of Human Resources Executive from July 2015 to February 2016, and then transitioned to the position of Human Resources Director from February 2016 onwards.

Beki Nkala completed an Executive Development Programme in Business/Commerce, General at the GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) in 2018. Prior to that, Beki studied at the University of Natal, Durban where they earned a BSocSci(Hons) PGDip I.R. degree with a focus on HR and IR.
