Amanda Hallo is an accomplished insurance and compliance professional with over two decades of experience in the insurance and property sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Quality & Compliance at Bidwells since September 2025, Amanda has previously held key roles, including Head of Compliance & Risk at Avison Young and Director at CBRE. Proficient in managing complex commercial insurance programs, Amanda excels in leading relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster sustainable business growth and drive transformational change. Amanda's career began at Killik & Co as a stockbroker, with early roles in operations and sales preceding a strong focus on compliance and risk management. Amanda holds two Bachelor's degrees in Social Sciences from Nottingham Trent University.
