Matthew Handy

Matthew Handy has extensive experience in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring for the Americas Civil Division at CAE since February 2016, Matthew manages QA&CM personnel across North America and South America. Prior roles include Global Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring for Maintenance Training and Quality Manager/Specialist, where responsibilities included conducting internal audits and managing the Quality Management System. Additionally, Matthew held leadership roles at Handy Expressions, Bombardier Aerospace, Kohl's Department Stores, and KidsClub Daycare, demonstrating a strong background in client relationship development, regulatory compliance, and operations strategy. Education includes degrees from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and Southwestern College, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences from San Jacinto College.
