Amy Luke

Amy Luke has extensive experience in executive search and finance leadership roles. Amy started their career with Hays Senior Finance in 2005, initially as the Director for the North West region and later as a Director for Senior Finance in London. Amy also served as the Founder Director of Hays Leading Women during their time with Hays. In 2016, they joined Berwick Partners as an Associate Partner, focusing on executive search in the Financial Leadership Practice. Currently, they are working as a Senior Director at BIE Executive, where they specialize in executive search for CFO and financial leadership positions.

Amy Luke attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2000 to 2003, where they completed a Bsc Economics degree with a 2.1 Hons.
