Dean Perkins is a Project Director at Bielby Holdings since January 2019. Prior to this role, Dean held the same position at Monadelphous from February 1993 to November 2018. Dean obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Curtin University from January 1989 to November 1992.
