Juan Flores

Juan Flores has extensive experience in the manufacturing and automation industries, currently serving as the General Manager of Biele USA since June 2009. In this role, Juan has cultivated strong relationships with leading global manufacturers, offering turnkey automation solutions across various sectors, including doors, kitchens, flooring, and more. Previously, as President of Faus Group, Inc., Juan established a manufacturing plant and expanded the business significantly. Juan also served as Vice President of the North America Laminate Flooring Association, contributing to industry leadership. Earlier roles include Export Sales Manager at Mivisa Envases and Financial Specialist at General Motors. Juan holds degrees from the University of Cambridge and Colegio San Jose in Murcia, Spain.
