Jacqueline Bove

Jacqueline Bove is a Managing Director and head of CoBank’s Project Finance division where she leads a team with a $6 billion loan portfolio of over 130 project finance borrowers including wind and solar power generation projects. Since 2003, Ms. Bove has held numerous positions with CoBank. She was Managing Director for CoBank’s Communications Banking division, responsible for leading the western team and originating and managing the underwriting and syndication of leveraged transactions, including for private equity and infrastructure funds. She also spent eight years as Managing Director in CoBank’s Capital Markets division where she led a team that developed financing structures and syndication strategies to meet the capital needs of energy, telecommunications and agribusiness companies.

Before joining CoBank in 2003, Ms. Bove worked for ING Barings as Vice President in the Utilities/Project Finance & Advisory group in New York and as Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Finance division in Santiago, Chile. She has also spent time working and studying in France. She has been active in volunteering for school committees and served on the board of the Montessori Academy of Colorado and the Denver Business Series.

Ms. Bove earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
