Alexandra Pavich is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently working at Bierman Autism Centers since September 2024 and has also been serving as the High School Diving Coach at Noblesville High School since September 2022. Before joining Bierman Autism Centers, Alexandra held a similar role and served as a Clinical Assistant at The Hope Source from July 2022 to September 2024. Alexandra's experience encompasses various positions in ABA therapy, including registered behavior technician roles at LittleStar ABA Therapy and Bierman ABA, where responsibilities involved executing treatment plans, implementing teaching strategies, and collaborating with BCBAs. A dive coach for both Anderson University and Noblesville Swim Club, Alexandra's background also includes instructional assistance at Noblesville Schools and a guest services internship at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in German Language and Literature, both from Ball State University.
