Peter Worrell

Peter Worrell is an experienced professional in operations and customer care, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care for ANZ at Biesse since September 2025. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Head of Operations Australia at Sulzer from October 2023 to September 2025, and Operations Manager at Shriro Australia Pty Ltd from May 2017 to September 2023. Additional experience includes Operations Manager roles at Toshiba International Corporation Pty Ltd and Bonfiglioli Transmissions Australia, where responsibilities focused on major account management, budget achievement, and KPI monitoring. Peter began his career as an Aircraft Mechanical Engineer at Qantas, gaining expertise in gas turbine engines and aircraft systems. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Australian Institute of Management, as well as a degree in Aircraft Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney.
