Stephan Glander

Stephan Glander currently serves as the CEO of Biesterfeld Group since April 2023 and is a co-founder of iOLS Commercial Vehicles AG since September 2020. Glander has a diverse background in leadership roles, including a position as a member of the supervisory board at Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH and a board member at CiDRA. Previous experience includes serving as CEO of BYK Additives & Instruments and COO of Röchling High Performance Plastics. Glander's early career features roles such as Global Director of Research & Market Development at Quadrant and Strategy Consultant at Bayer AG. Glander holds an MBA from Michigan State University, a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich, and a Diplom in Chemistry from the same institution.
