Dr. Henrik Harms

Dr. Henrik Harms currently serves as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Vorstandsreferent at Biesterfeld Group since April 2016 and is also the Managing Director at b.yond ventures from January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Researcher and Junior Consultant at Hamburgisches WeltWirtschaftsInstitut (HWWI) from February 2012 to March 2016, an Akademischer Tutor at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen from October 2009 to September 2011, and a Consultant during an internship at Ramboll Management Consulting in early 2011. Additionally, Dr. Harms completed an internship in advertising sales and marketing at Gruner + Jahr GmbH & Co KG in late 2009. Educational qualifications include a Dr. rer. pol. in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Hamburgisches WeltWirtschaftsInstitut and Universität Hamburg, a Master of Arts in International Economics from The University of Göttingen, a Master of Arts in Economics from Stellenbosch University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politik & Wirtschaft from the University of Münster.
