Gary Banister

Gary Banister is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fleet and operations management, currently serving as the Fleet and Facilities Director at Biffa since January 2025. Previously, Gary held key positions at Prohire Limited, including Fleet Asset Director and Group Operations Director, where significant operational transformations were implemented. Other notable roles include Regional Transport Manager at Morrisons, Senior Customer Operations Manager at BT, and Head of Transport at United Utilities. Gary began the career with Markem Imaje as the European Repair & Logistics Centre Manager.
