Stewart Holt

Stewart Holt has extensive experience in estates management and business rates, currently serving as the Regional Estates (North) & Group Business Rates Manager at Biffa since December 2003. Previously, Stewart held the position of Senior Estates Surveyor and operated as Principal at Stewart C Holt MRICS for a brief period in 2003. Additionally, experience includes various roles at SECOR / SLR Consulting Limited from 1999 to 2003, and serving as Senior Minerals Surveyor and Minerals Surveyor at Henry Butcher Smith Vincent / Smith Vincent & Co. from 1995 to 1999. The career began at the Valuation Office Agency, with various roles from 1987 to 1995. Stewart Holt holds a BSc (Hons) in Mineral Estates Management from Sheffield Hallam University and has education from Nunthorpe Grammar School and York College of Arts and Technology.
