Nick Williams

Nick Williams is a seasoned professional in sports management, currently serving as the Director of Competition at the Big 12 Conference since November 2021, after progressing from the role of Associate Director - Competition. Prior experience includes the position of Assistant Director of Game Operations at Ball State University from March 2020 to November 2021, and earlier roles at the University of the Incarnate Word where Nick served as Club Sports GA and Game Operations Intern. Additional experience encompasses an internship with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, specifically with the San Antonio Spurs Event Marketing team, and roles at the University of the Incarnate Word and Indiana University Health in logistics and purchasing. Nick holds a Master of Science in Sports Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Management, both from the University of the Incarnate Word.
