Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Partnerships at the Big 12 Conference, where responsibilities include leading the strategic development and management of corporate partnerships to enhance brand value and drive revenue growth. With prior experience at the Kansas City Chiefs in various client services roles, and foundational experience in event management and premium services at Ole Miss Athletics Foundation, Nicole has cultivated skills in relationship management, sponsorship sales, and business development. Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management and a minor in Business Administration.
