Rachel Thornton has over 27 years of work experience, with their most recent position being the Director of Human Resources at Big 3 Precision Products. Rachel then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, again at Walsh College, with a similar emphasis on Human Resources from 2005 to 2007. In 2017, Rachel obtained a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
