They have worked at companies like McMahon Associates and Dayton Inspection Services, gaining knowledge in pre-construction and post-construction inspections, vibration monitoring, and other geotechnical services. In addition, they successfully contributed to the growth of their family business, C. W. Clarke Auto Centers, by implementing marketing strategies and increasing the customer base. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
