Aiman Amin

Aiman Amin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering management. Currently serving as General Manager of Operations and previously as Senior Engineering Quality Manager at Big Ass Fans since March 2012, Aiman has also held key engineering roles at Flextronics, where responsibilities included overseeing DfX tools development across multiple Asian countries and managing a team focused on in-process quality assurance. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Mutiara Smart Computing Sdn Bhd, where Aiman led various departments to ensure efficient product development and market analysis. Aiman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malaya and an MBA in Finance from Open University Malaysia.
