Chase Phillips

Chase Phillips is an accomplished professional in the swimming and water safety industry, currently serving as Team Lead for Sales Readiness at Big Blue Swim School since September 2024. Prior to this role, Chase worked at Typhoon Texas Waterpark for over four years, where responsibilities included overseeing district operations as a District Coordinator and ensuring lifeguard effectiveness as a Water Safety Supervisor and Lead. Additionally, Chase gained experience as a Lifeguard and Manager at Goldfish Swim School Franchising, LLC, managing various operational tasks while promoting water safety and customer engagement.
