Mailena Urso is currently the CMO at Zweig Group, where they oversee marketing strategies. Prior to this role, they founded Concord Adams, a company providing branding and marketing services to fast-growing businesses. Mailena also owns Big Box Karaoke, the only private suite karaoke restaurant and bar in the state. With a background in marketing and communications, they have held various leadership roles at companies such as Lauren James and Collective Bias. Additionally, Mailena has experience in teaching media planning courses at the University of Arkansas and has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the same institution.

Hi! Welcome to Big Box Karaoke. We're glad you found us. Here's a little about us. We first discovered private suite karaoke while living in Japan years ago. After years of working in corporate jobs we decided to bring our dream alive. We want Big Box Karaoke to be a fun, inviting experience for everyone. The magic of being in your own room with your friends and family is unlike any other. While we aren't claiming to win an American Idol contest you might find us belting out B-52's Love Shack, Neil Young, Brittany Spears, or Kanye West in Big Box. Come Sing, Eat, and Drink with us.
