Aaron Frager MSM has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various organizations. Aaron started their career with Pret A Manger, where they worked as a Hot Chef from December 2010 to May 2015. Aaron then joined Instacart as a Shift Lead from August 2015 to April 2017. Alongside their role at Instacart, Aaron also worked as a Volunteer Coordinator for NYC Civic Corps from September 2016 to July 2017. Aaron then joined Woodside on the Move Inc and served as a Volunteer Coordinator from September 2016 to July 2017 and as an Outreach & Resource Coordinator from July 2017 to April 2019. In April 2019, Aaron joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC as a Community Outreach Coordinator and later held the role of Associate Director of Volunteer Recruitment & Outreach from November 2019 to October 2021. Currently, they are working as the Director of Recruitment | Outreach for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and as the Owner/Chef for Arob's Homestyle.
Aaron Frager MSM has a diverse education history. Aaron first attended Mansfield University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, they attended CUNY Bronx Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
Continuing their education, Aaron studied at John Jay College (CUNY) from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Culture & Deviance Studies.
In 2021, Aaron received additional certifications. Aaron completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Aaron also obtained the Gabelli Leadership Certification from Fordham University.
Recently, Aaron enrolled in the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, completing their Master of Science (MS) degree in Management in 2021.
Currently, Aaron is pursuing an Executive Master of Public Administration degree at Syracuse University - Maxwell School, which began in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2024.
