Jordan Card has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Program Manager in Parks and Recreation for the City of Eugene. They then interned at Basic Rights Oregon in 2008, followed by an internship at the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force the same year. In 2010, they joined Playworks as a Program Coordinator and later became a Program Manager. From 2011 to 2011, they worked as a Summer Camp Manager at the Mittleman Jewish Community Center. In 2014, they joined Success Academy Charter Schools as a Business Operations Manager, followed by roles as an Operations Manager, Senior Network Operations Training Associate, and Learning and Development Specialist. In 2017, they became a Senior Manager in Training Program at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC. They were then promoted to Associate Director before assuming their current position as the Director of Staff Learning & Development. Jordan's work experience demonstrates their expertise in program management, learning and development, and fostering positive relationships in various organizations.
Jordan Card has a Bachelor's of Education degree in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: "SharePoint Online Essential Training: The Basics" from LinkedIn in August 2021 and "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls" from LinkedIn in February 2021.
