Tinghe (Eva) Yao, LMSW, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading the Immigration and Language Access Committee and expanding resources for immigrant communities. Previously held the position of Program Manager at the same organization, providing match support and supervision for mentoring experiences. Prior experience includes roles as a Residential Advocate at Womankind, a Children Family Specialist Intern at the City of New York's Administration for Children's Services, and a Social Worker Intern at Lighthouse Guild. Tinghe holds a Master's degree in Social Work from New York University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and participated in a summer program at Georgetown University focused on the U.S. Constitution and the American Economy.
