Brian Ervin

Brian Ervin currently serves as the Vice President of Programs at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star since March 2023. Previously, Brian held significant positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston, overseeing area management and club operations while managing initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. With extensive experience in youth program management, Brian has led various organizations including Harris County Precinct One as Director of Youth Programs, St. Nicks Alliance as Williamsburg Beacon Director, and multiple director roles in educational institutions like St. Marks School and Explore Charter School. Brian's earlier career includes impactful work as Program Director at Family Dynamics and Sports Coordinator for NYC2012, contributing to community engagement and youth development. Brian's educational background includes degrees from Hampton University and Baruch College, complemented by leadership training through the Accler8 Leadership Program.
