Chanesia Johnson

Chanesia Johnson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and community engagement. Currently serving as a Law Enforcement Officer with the Dallas Police Department since June 2018, Chanesia also holds the position of Recruitment Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, where responsibilities include cultivating partnerships with organizations to achieve recruitment goals, particularly within police departments. Previous roles include College Advisor for the Academic Success Program and VISTA Member at CitySquare, where Chanesia developed college and career readiness programs and facilitated community partnerships. Additional experience includes managing educational initiatives for young refugees with AmeriCorps and serving as an intern at the African American Museum. Chanesia is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from Texas Woman's University, having also studied at Southern Methodist University and Dartmouth College.
