Dwayne Bivona is the current Executive Director of Wichita County at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star. Prior to this, they served as President of the Corpus Christi Caller-Times, Evansville Courier & Press, and Times Record News. Dwayne has also been Director of Circulation for Ottaway Newspapers and Gannett-Utica, NY. Dwayne began their career in 1990 as Operations Manager for The Ithaca Journal and has held various positions during their tenure including sales and service.

Dwayne Bivona has a Master's degree in Strategic Communication and Innovation from Texas Tech University. Dwayne also has a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Ithaca College. Dwayne has an AAS in Journalism from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville. Dwayne is also certified by HubSpot in Social Media and Content Marketing.
