Annie Taal

Annie Taal's work experience begins in 2013 at the Independent Living Housing Society, where they served as an Office Administrator. In this role, Annie was responsible for managing office operations, assisting with financial operations, and providing continuous administrative support for senior management. Annie also handled administrative and financial office procedures, such as human resource databases, financial reconciliations, payroll, and banking.

In 2015, Annie joined Camosun College as an Executive Secretary, where they worked until 2017.

Annie's next role was at the University of Victoria, starting in 2017. Annie initially worked as an Alumni Relations Assistant until 2018, before transitioning to the role of Vikes Alumni Relations Coordinator until 2019. From 2019 to 2023, Annie served as the Vikes Alumni and Annual Giving Officer.

Most recently, Annie Taal joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada in 2023 as a Social Enterprise Business Manager.

Annie Taal attended the University of Alberta from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Annie'smajor fields of study were Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts as well as Women's Studies.
