Anna Polonsky currently serves as the Senior Program Services Coordinator - Match Support at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, having begun this role in June 2023. Prior to this position, Anna held various roles at Toast from February 2021 to June 2023, including Associate Campus Recruiter and Senior Candidate Experience Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, coordinating interview processes, and conducting professional development sessions. Earlier experience includes working as an HR & Strategic Talent Management Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and as a Graduate Admissions Counselor at Cambridge College. Anna holds a Master of Education in Prevention Science and Practice with a focus on Adolescent School Guidance Counseling from Harvard Graduate School of Education, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Skidmore College.
