Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts
Terrence McCarron has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Terrence began their career at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay in 2003, where they served as the Manager of Enrollment until 2012. Terrence then transitioned to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, where they held various roles, including Director of Program Services from 2012 to 2020, Vice President of Program Services from 2018 to 2020, and currently serves as the Chief Program Officer. Additionally, Terrence worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University from 2015 to 2017.
Terrence McCarron received their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Faith, Peace, and Justice from Boston College in 2001. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Secondary Education from the University of Notre Dame.

The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay is to partner with under-resourced families to provide their children with transformational, one-to-one professionally-supported relationships with caring adult mentors, so that their children will thrive.
