Bijal's previous role as Director of Care Operations at Brightline involved managing daily operations for various service lines within a tech-enabled behavioral health startup. From August 2020 to May 2022, Bijal held the position of Senior Manager for Virtual Care Programs at the Center for Care Innovations, leading a $5M initiative to enhance virtual care for Medicaid patients. A Senior Managerial Consultant at Kaiser Permanente from September 2016 to August 2020, Bijal supported various medical specialties and facilitated annual strategic planning.
