Leon Douglas

Leon Douglas currently serves as the Mentoring Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in various administrative and support roles. Previously, Leon worked as an Office Administrator/Intake Specialist at Provident Behavioral Health and held multiple positions within the Pattonville School District, including Executive Secretary II and Behavior Specialist, where support for students, staff, and crisis management was emphasized. Prior to these roles, Leon held positions at Charter Communications and Kemper, focusing on customer relations and production control. Leon's early career included work as an Academic Success Coach at Saint Louis Community College. Leon obtained an education from Moody Bible Institute, completing studies between 2017 and 2019.
