The Mentoring Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting one-to-one and group mentoring relationships between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and young people ("Littles"). This team ensures that each match receives ongoing support, resources, and guidance to foster enduring and impactful relationships. They also coordinate and oversee mentor recruitment, training, and enrollment to ensure a robust and effective mentoring program that aligns with the organization's mission and core values.
