Kathy Miller

Kathy Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Kathy is currently serving as the Vice President of Community Engagement at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee since July 2020. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, they were a Business Owner and Entrepreneur, managing two ventures, namely Collective Goods and Breathing Room. Their responsibilities included recruiting new accounts, building relationships with companies, and organizing special events for non-profits.

From 2018 to 2020, Kathy Miller worked as an Operations Manager at Marshalls, where they were responsible for various operational duties, including hiring, training, budget compliance, and inventory controls. Kathy achieved significant success in increasing sales and leading in customer service survey scores and budget adherence.

Before that, they held positions such as Director of Development & Public Relations at Grand Avenue Club in 2018, Senior Account Manager at United Way of Greater Milwaukee from 2010 to 2018, and Director of Recruiting at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee from 2008 to 2009.
