Kayla Beltran is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive support and facility management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and previously as Executive Assistant at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire since February 2023, Kayla has extensive experience in non-profit organizations. Prior to this role, Kayla worked at United Sports Brands as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager from August 2022 to February 2023. Kayla's earlier tenure at Big Brothers Big Sisters included roles as Executive Assistant and Facility Manager from April 2016 to July 2022, and Kayla began their career as a Leasing Agent at Investment Concepts, Inc. from January 2014 to April 2016.
